Paul Henderson: Photographs from the Civil Rights Era
The Goucher College Library welcomes the Maryland Historical Society (Mdhs) traveling exhibition Paul Henderson: Photographs from the Civil Rights Era. Paul Henderson was a photojournalist and the Baltimore Afro-American’s first photographer, who captured Black life in Baltimore from the ’20s through the ’60s.
A reception will take place on October 17, 6 to 8 p.m., which is free and open to the public.
The exhibit runs September 19 through May 24, 2020, on the fourth floor of the Sanford J. Ungar Athenaeum at Goucher College, during college operating hours.
