WTMD Welcomes Counting Crows w/ The Wallflowers at Wolf Trap

Fall “Accidentally in
Love” with indie pop/rockers who have been flying high with top 10 songs
like “Mr. Jones,” “Round Here,” and “Color Blind.”

introducing the world to “Mr. Jones” in the early 1990s, California
natives the Counting Crows have continued to record soulful, emotionally
explorative songs with introspective lyrics. Their platinum-selling
album Recovering the Satellites spent 50 weeks on the Billboard charts,
reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

A collection of 15 interpretive covers from
2012, Underwater Sunshine (Or What We Did on Our Summer Vacation)
highlights Adam Duritz’s rich vocals in popular classics and
lesser-known tunes such as Bob Dylan’s “You Ain’t Goin’ Nowhere” and
Coby Brown’s “Hospital.”
